This time we decided to make a gastronomic tour around the world. Let’s start our tour of Central America , which stands out for its regional cuisine, which combines factors of Indian origin with those of the Spanish colonization, to be highly filled with flavors and ingredients, especially corn, star of the recipes in the area.

In North America , one of the cuisines that stands out is undoubtedly that of Mexico , which is characterized by a variety of dishes and recipes that are a mixture of two cultures, Indian and European.

In the old continent is no doubt that one of the most popular cuisines is that of France , considered not only as one of the largest in the continent but the world. It is worth mentioning that this fine cuisine are illustrious and famous international chefs as Taillevent, La Varenne, Carême, Escoffier, Ducasse or Bocuse. Additionally we tell you that today the French food is part of the world heritage of UNESCO.

In South America, one of the most notable is the cuisines of Argentina , which is known for its beef (grills, roasts and steaks) and their empanadas.

In Asia, one of the most outstanding is the cuisines of Japan , where dishes are prepared from fish and vegetable sushi and sashimi.

If it is eccentric kitchen can not fail to mention the Chinese cuisine , where we can find a variety of dishes may unappetizing to Westerners as some are prepared from rats or dogs.
