This site is not only notable for the wide variety of animals that live (gazelles, giraffes, cheetahs, buffalo, rhinos, zebras, antelopes, etc.) but also for its rich plant and tree which conforms. Because of this great variety of flora and fauna, the Kruger National Park was designated an International Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.
