When it comes to cheap holidays £149 can be cheap but £949 can also buy cheap holidays, it all depends on the destination and what you expect to find as normal service when you get there. £149 can be cheap, but what if you get there and the room is lousy, the view stinks and the food is unspeakable. Was it really cheap or were you just getting what you pay for. Some people take that conclusion and make the best of it, saying they’ve learned a lesson in the meantime.
Others will pay the £949, get a great hotel room with the cleanest facilities, the softest beds, the best meals with an all inclusive package, have plenty of well organized and fun things to do at their chosen hotel and still say they got their moneys worth. Who had the best cheap holidays experience? It’s all a matter of personal opinion as you’ll see both kinds of holiday travel customers speaking their minds on the travel reviews. Yes it’s easier to make up excuses and make do at the £149 price. But if you’re the £949 guy chances are you’ll want to make no compromises and probably would report a bad experience if even one item was out of kilter during you stay.
The lesson here is to read, research and read some more. Dissect each review and look for multiple reviews written in different verse. Caveat emptor applies to everything you buy especially when looking for cheap holidays.
